Job Description
Our valued client located in Windsor is in search of a Program Manager to join their team. This is a senior level position. They are looking for someone with strong PM experience and background in Class A dies, closure assembly equipment, hemming, vertical integration.
Salary Range 100-130K
Function:
To successfully manage one or more projects from simultaneous engineering through customer launch, relative to project content, timing, budget, quality, technology, and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications and Skills:
-Mechanical Engineer with Machine Tool design experience, or Tool and Die maker with experience building and launching programs
-Knowledgeable about and experienced in process development, tool design, and construction and launch of automated equipment and technologies
-Strong experience with Class A Dies, Closure Assembly Equipment, Automation, Hemming
-Vertical Integration experience an asset
-Product Development Experience
-Ability to give clear project leadership and direction
-Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with external and internal customers, both verbally and written
