Contract Glaziers Corp., an industry leader in building envelope solutions, is currently searching for a successful Quality Assurance Leader to join the team at their growing Windsor facility. The Quality Assurance Leader will be responsible for the development, implementation, and maintenance of exceptional quality standards, best practices and processes throughout the organization. The Quality Leader will ensure that finished goods meet high quality standards throughout the fabrication and production lifecycle. Working with a variety of key stakeholders, the Quality Leader will uphold organizational quality standards and best practices to ensure that all related quality information and continuous improvement initiatives are shared, implemented, and maintained.

The key to your success in this role will be your ability to analyze quality data and situations through comprehensive internal quality audits, thereby identifying any areas for concern, and resolving issues that may arise. This role will seek out the ideas of others to assist in quality and continuous improvements initiatives. 

Job Requirements
 
• Degree in a technical or manufacturing based field of study or the same number of years in a Quality based leadership role
• Working knowledge of Lean/Six Sigma methodologies
• Experience managing and executing internal quality audits
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Exceptional collaboration, communication and interpersonal skills
• High level of attention to detail and an ability to influence others
• Change management experience
