Bilingual Customer Service Advisor
 
StarTech.com is looking for talented, energetic, enthusiastic, and customer-focused individuals to join our Customer Advisory Team. If you have an interest in technology and the ability to learn about our products, we want to speak with you!
 
Reporting to the Supervisor, Customer Advisory Team, Customer Service Advisors provide consultative customer support and advice to StarTech.com resellers and end-users via phone, email and live chat. The ideal candidate will have a passion for technology and the aptitude and initiative to learn about our products.
 
Being a global organization means we are always looking for talented individuals who are fluent in the following languages to service our global customers: Italian, French, German, Dutch, or Spanish. This position offers a competitive salary and benefit package as well as language and shift premiums. We also offer remote, work from home opportunities, with compensation arrangements for internet, hardware, and other tools to help you provide excellent service to our customers.   
 
If You Enjoy 
  • Answering customer inquiries via phone, email and live chat
  • Providing product information and making recommendations
  • Processing orders and assisting customers with placing orders
  • Providing service and warranty information for product terms
  • Administering reseller applications
  • Building a career in the IT Industry
  • Working collaboratively and being part of a team
 
And Have Evidence of
  • A strong desire and ability to learn new things, with the aptitude to learn about our products
  • Excellent organizational skills and detail orientation with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented global company
  • Proficiency in a Windows based environment
  • A passion for assisting others
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Flexibility for shifts within our hours of operation: Monday-Friday 5am-9pm
