On behalf of our client a global healthcare consulting leader, Lucas Professional Search Group is looking for a Lean Consultant to join their growing North American team. The Lean Consultant will be responsible for evaluating policies, procedures, and practices, suggesting continuous improvements, and offering guidance for operational efficiently within a healthcare sector.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Understand and implementing Lean and Six Sigma principles along with the TPS system
• Ensure projects are delivered on time and on target
• Set up detailed work schedules and frameworks
• Monitor and report on client deliverables
• Ensure proper process are set up that pertain to monitoring and managing quality
• Work with leaders and managers to ensure client’s feedback is satisfactory
• Work as a part of a delivery team to develop and implement lean improvement projects
• Manage workloads through effective planning
• Hold client meeting and account for those with status reports
• Coach and advise clients on improvement tools and techniques
• Ensure projects are on target and deliver expected outcomes meet client expectations

QUALIFICATIONS:
• Post- Secondary Education in related field
• Certification in Lean and Six Sigma
• 3-5 years of experience preferable in Health care, Engineering
• Experience in project management
• Friendly and professional
• Enthusiastic Team player
