Job Description
Prime Management Group Inc. has partnered with London Health Sciences Centre in their search for a Senior Financial Analyst for the Human Resources Department. This is the perfect opportunity for a candidate who has 4+ years of exceptional financial accounting and professional reporting skills with a background working in a multi stakeholder HR environment.
Reporting to the Vice President of Human Resources, here is what you will be responsible for:
• overseeing all HR related budget and reporting responsibilities
• providing strong critical analysis of business reporting and strategic planning for related Human Resource functions
• working closely with various HR Leaders and Specialists in key areas of HR
• providing analysis of salary and benefit data for financial planning, reporting, and review
• liaising with Financial Services to support GL
• supporting the preparation of HR departmental budgets and variance analysis
• supporting the VP HR, interpret results of HR surveys
• coordinating costing data for local and central collective agreements
The Financial Analyst will be a highly organized individual with demonstrated initiative and strong communication and interpersonal skills. A high level of detail as well as strong computer skills and proficiency with accounting software programs will be required.
You will be appreciated for your hard earned degree in Business, Accounting, or a related field with 4 years of demonstrated experience in a similar position within a unionized environment. A professional accounting designation is required (CPA/CGA) with an MIS certification seen as an asset.
