Thompsons Ltd. has partnered with Prime Management Group Inc. in their search for a Chief Financial Officer.
The Chief Financial Officer will be responsible for the executing on the strategic financial direction for Thompsons Ltd. working in partnership with the CEO and communicating with the Board of Directors. This position will be responsible for ensuring financial processes, statements, and systems that are in place are efficient and effective, leading and mentoring the finance team, strategically monitoring the marketplace for acquisitions and currency related opportunities, as well as creating a solid foundation within this department for continued growth.
The Chief Financial Officer will have strong decision making skills coupled with excellent analysis capabilities to evaluate markets and identify opportunities for growth and expansion.
Requirements:
• 5+ years of experience in a Senior Financial Leadership position
• 3+ years of strategic leadership
• Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field of study
• Professional accounting designation
• Strong background and experience with strategic acquisitions
• ERP implementation experience seen as an asset
