Contract Glaziers Corp., an industry leader in building envelope solutions, is currently searching for a successful Senior Construction Estimator to join the team at their growing Windsor facility. The Senior Estimator will be responsible for all aspects of large-scale building envelope/façade project estimating.

Key accountabilities will include;

o Assessing bid opportunities
o Creating and maintaining project folders
o Recording all bid sets and associated drawings
o Generation and distribution of RFQ’s
o Generation and maintenance of preliminary bid schedules
o Maintenance of bid calendars
o Preparation of preliminary scheduled of values
o Preparation and review of PCO’s

Job Requirements

• Degree/Diploma in Estimating, Construction Management or similar field of study
• 10+ years of successful experience in a Construction Estimating role
• Building envelope/façade knowledge a definite asset
• Project management experience
• Excellent attention to detail
• Strong planning and organizational abilities

The key to success in this role will be your comprehensive knowledge of the processes, resources, and tasks associated with a project’s lifecycle from design to delivery as well as a strong understanding of how internal and external stakeholders contribute to the evolution of a project from conception to completion.
