The Outside Sales Representatvie is responsible for managing the performance, sales, quality and customer service of accounts within their portfolio.  We offer you industry leading training with flexibility, which will help you prosper and succeed in your career, as you develop and grow with us.

   Account Managers Responsibilities

• Represent Zomaron Merchant Services in a courteous and professional manner
• Calling on prospective clients through face-to-face contact, phone and e-mail channels
• Delivery of product presentation to potential clients
• Completion of all paperwork in a timely manner
• Ensure delivery of monthly, quarterly and annual sales goals
• Maintenance of existing accounts

Requirements

• Must have own vehicle
• Home Office: Computer with MS Office, printer, scanner or fax, internet and cell phone
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proven ability to call on prospective clients
• Ability to resolve customer issues when necessary, maintaining a focus on improving 
• overall customer satisfaction
• Positive approach to change and personal development
• Ability to perform on your own with minimal supervision

• Excellent planning and time management skills
• Demonstrated ability to work well under pressure and be a top performer on a regular basis
• Post Secondary education an asset
• Knowledge of the Merchant Service industry is an asset
• Financial Services or Insurance industry experience is an asset
