Job Description
Lucas Professional Search Group is currently recruiting for a Controller with a growing manufacturing facility in the Windsor-Essex area.
Responsibilities:

Responsibilities:
- Preparing month end and company financial statements
- Make recommendations on accounting process and procedures and make improvement when necessary
- Cash management and reporting
- Preparing company budget
- Managing AP/APR and making collection calls when needed
- Cost accounting
- Designing and developing key operating indicators
- Inventory control
- Additional responsibilities include office management, human resources, operations
- Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Controller in a manufacturing facility
- Post-Secondary education – CGA or CMA
- Hands on approach
- Experience in cost accounting in a manufacturing environment
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
- Excellent attention to detail
- Proficiency with Quickbooks and Simply Accounting
