General Responsibilities: 

• Providing training to more junior level, less experienced workers 

• Willing to work occasional weekends and extended hours during the work week as needed and be flexible to schedule changes. 

• Maintain a clean and safe working environment. 

• Attend training programs offered by the Company. 

• Communicate with coworkers and supervisors in a clear and professional manner. 

• Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor. 

Sprayer Responsibilities: 

• Sand and prime doors for spraying 

• Spray face of doors, molding, and edges in accordance with product specification and processes; according to MOST 1 specification 

• Inspect paint thickness for consistency 

• Inspect quality of coverage, color, and overspray 

• Monitor monometers and change filters when required 

• Make sure all materials are properly labeled and abide by all regulations 

• Clean spraying equipment; spray guns, paint booth lines and filters 

• Follow safety and process procedures 

• Other duties as assigned by supervisor/management 
   

  Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: 

• Knowledge of handling materials and operating a spray gun 

• Previous experience working in a spray booth (automotice spray booth experience is considered an asset)

• Knowledge of how to apply sufficient coverage without over spraying 

• Ability to read and interpret tickets 

• Work independently with minimal supervision 

• Must have high attention to detail

  Essential Physical Requirements: 

• Must be able to lift, up to 50 to 100 lbs. dual lift 

• Standing for long periods of time
