We are currently looking for a keen and experienced (min. two (2) relevant experience) Service Advisor for our Sarnia branch.  This is a challenging front line position as first point of contact for all of our service customers. You will use your innate ability for customer care to gather and relay detailed information of their service requirements to our Service team. You will also be responsible for providing timely service updates to our customers (progress, time frames, pricing), as well as explaining what repairs will be required to their vehicles in a conscientious and professional manner. As our ideal candidate, you will have: Min. of two (2+) years relevant service advisory experience in the field or within a similar industry Exceptional Customer Service Skills Exceptional Communication Skills (verbal (in person, via phone) and written) Exceptional Attention to Detail and Follow-Through skills Enthusiastic Attitude and a tactful approach Competent in Microsoft Office Truck OEM Warranty Experience would be an asset.
