Accounts Payable
Our Major Defense client in London Ontario is looking for an Accounts Payable team member for a 7 month contract.
This role pays between $16-19/hr
Job Responsibilities
• Invoice Processing including matching to Purchase Orders
• Research and resolve payment issues for suppliers
• Collaborate with SCM and the supplier to correct pricing and quantity variances
• Support of accounts payable audit requirements
• Monthly analysis of Aged Payables
Required Qualifications
• College Diploma or University Degree 1-2 years Accounts Payable
• Experience 1-2 years
• Accounting Experience
• Exceptional communication, organization and prioritization skills
• Strong teamwork and customer service abilities; able to exceed internal and external customer expectations
• High level of professionalism at all times and under pressure
Preferred Qualifications
Experience interpreting and translating Arabic into English
Due to the nature of the position, successful applicants must meet all applicable security requirements of the Canadian Controlled Goods Program, including, but not limited to, the ability to obtain and maintain a Canadian government security clearance to secret level.
