Job Description
Our client in the Brantford area is looking for a Technical Sales Engineer (Chemical) to join their Southwestern Ontario team.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Collect water samples from prospective and existing customer’s systems, for in house lab analysis.
- Support any authorized distributors in the territory with their water treatment needs from consultative, technical and sales support perspective.
- Create proposals, presentations, contracts, calculations, with the purpose of gaining new water treatment business and maintaining existing.
- Provide technical information about our products to customers
- As required, act as the water treatment field technical leader in your territory, for joint work with our Service Department Technicians for troubleshooting support, and to help secure new business.
- Experience with power point presentations, sales force, CRM or equivalent
Requirements:
- 0-3 years experience with heavy equipment outside sales
- University Degree or College Diploma related to Chemical Sciences or Engineering
- Proven ability to learn highly technical / engineering information on commercial boilers. Ability to comprehend commercial boiler information manuals that involve engineering concepts
- Excellent interpersonal, communication (both oral and written), organizational, and analytical skills
- Travel: 4 days a week from Mississauga to Windsor
- Located in the Tri-cities is an asset
- knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Salesforce knowledge is an asset
