Job Description
We are currently recruiting for a licensed Millwrights and Foreman to join our fast growing company located in Kitchener/Waterloo Region.

Reports to:
The respective Maintenance Supervisor, and takes leadership and direction on specific maintenance tasks and duties, company-wide.
Objectives of this Position:
The primary objectives for this position are to install, repair and maintain equipment while observing all safety rules
and regulations creating a safe and orderly workplace.

Qualification/Job Requirements: Foreman
- Responsible for coordination, supervision, and site safety.
- A minimum of 3 to 5+ years’ experience working as a site superintendent, Project Manager or Foreman is preferred
- Ontario Provincial license is required as an Industrial Mechanical / Millwright
Qualification/ Job Requirements: Millwrights
- Ontario Provincial license is required as an Industrial Mechanical / Millwright
- 1 – 5+ years’ experience working in an Industrial/ Manufacturing environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Must be flexible and willing to change shifts if required
- Must have a clean performance and attendance record
- Must have a driver’s License

- Primary Job Responsibilities (will include but not be limited to)
- Perform routine maintenance work on all machinery
- Identify and troubleshoot machine irregularities and breakdowns
- Repair or replace defective machine parts for hydraulic and pneumatic systems and equipment.
- Operate all electrical and pneumatic hand tools
- Perform preventative maintenance as per schedule
- Work within company policies, practices and standards, and good knowledge of the Ontario Regulations and Safety Standards (TSSA).
- Other duties as required
- Automation control, boiler and steam systems training and experience will be considered an asset.
- Welding certification and/or other trade experience
- Ability to read blueprints and layout drawings
