Job Description
Contributes to the service department's CSI and operational efficiency. Acts as the initial point of contact for all service customers by answering all incoming appointment inquiries and conducting customer service follow up calls in a timely and accurate manner.
Responsibilities:
• Answer incoming calls regarding service inquiries and accurately schedule appointments while coordinating valet services for the scheduled appointments
• Enter appointments/notes into CRM in order to demonstrate productivity in terms of logged appointments, follow-up calls, no shows, etc.
• Call customers to confirm service appointments and reschedule missed appointments
• Communicate any additional maintenance needs to customers
• Perform service follow up calls after client has picked up vehicle to ensure satisfaction
• Contact existing customers to remind them when their vehicle is due for its next service
• Other duties as required
Requirements:
• Post-secondary education or equivalent experience
• Pleasant telephone demeanor
• Computer Skills -
• 1 - 2 years experience in an automotive dealership environment -an asset
• Previous call center, sales and customer service experience is an asset
• Ability to work under pressure
• Ability to meet the needs of a diverse client base
12$ per hour plus bonus and benefits.
