High Voltage Electrical & Technical Instructors
Our Clients require the services of qualified High Voltage Electrical & Technical Instructors who has strong electrical supply sector experience that includes current hands on industry experience as well as experience in training electric supply industry workers.
Contracts are 1 year renewable by mutual agreement and offer a superb TAX FREE salary.
Requirements:
- Tertiary qualification in Electrical Power Engineering or an equivalent relevant qualification
- 5 years’ experience in all areas of Electrical and Mechanical Technical studies
- English must be Native Language
- Qualification relating to High Voltage work highly desirable.

Head of Engineering and Training
AK Resourcing are delighted to announce new positions for our clients in Saudi Arabia. My clients operate a number of Training centers that specialize in developing skills for the Electricity supply and High Voltage sector and now require a Head of Training for the High Voltage & Engineering department.
Working in cosmopolitan Riyadh you be responsible for the day to day running of the institute and will act as the primary academic officer. You will be a superb motivator, man manager and senior academic executive who will excel at delivering the training requirements of the students and you will also be responsible for the day to day safe and efficient running of all the workshops. You will liaise with the faculty staff and board of directors to further enhance the reputation of faculty within the local business and construction industry.
Responsibilities
- Follow the day to day operation in Theoretical and Practical training
- Prepare, review and submit plans for Technology Programs.
- Enforce safety rules and regulations within all workshops and classes
- Makes recommendations to the board in regards to further objectives, priorities and strategies used within the institution.
- Supervision of operations of all staff.
- Consistently assure the quality of all training And instruction.
- Design forms and templates for matters to his responsibilities.
- Assist the Managing Director in accounting and budget development.
- Review all pacing and teaching schedule for all the technology programs ,Hold technology supervisor’s meetings.
- Review and summarization all instructional modules in cooperation with the Program Supervisors.
- Conduct evaluation of all instructors and trainers, Attend and conduct job interviews.
- Vast experience of working in the High Voltage Sector
- Bachelor degree in Engineering; Master degree preferred.
- At least 7 years’ experience as Supervisor in a higher institute of education, Workshops or on the job Training settings.
- Fluent English speaker and from USA, Canada, Ireland, UK, South Africa, New Zealand, Australia only
- Strong IT skills.
