The Level Two Technician will have at least 3 years experience in hardware repair as well as advanced knowledge of PC hardware, printers, shop floor equipment and LAN active components. They will also have advanced knowledge of Windows XP, Vista and Win7 operating systems. The Level Two Technician will monitor servers and computers for virus infections and will manage and schedule maintenance at customer sites, including parts inventory management, warranty repairs and problem escalation. Plant Floor systems such as AVS, CDC, CBT, EBC and FIS are required. Experienced with bar code readers, Smarteye readers and PLC's are also required. Experience with VB Scripting, web development, SharePoint, SQL Server Database and Linux are also required. The ability to manage projects and strong reporting skills are key to this role.
