The Production Manager will oversee the activities related to the production department.  This role will ensure that production is keeping with the demands of the customer, help to develop and implement policies, procedures and goals.  The Production Manager will develop plans for efficient use of materials, equipment and employees.  A minimum of 7+ years experience in plant operations within an automotive environment and 5 years supervising or managing production associates.  Experience in paint applications/systems is required.  Excellent communication skills and strong business acumen also required.  This position is in Tilbury, ON.
