Description

Maintenance Engineer:  Engineering background with 10+ years of manufacturing maintenance experience.  This position is responsible for the development of an effective TPM program as well as  the establishment and continuous improvement of equipment and process maintenance procedures.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Ensure equipment implementation is compliant with all safety legislation and established industrial stds.
  • Establish/maintain Preventive Maintenance policies, procedures & schedule and record tracking system
  • Create any reports / manuals required and lead in training / development of associates
  • Project management for all maintenance / equipment enhancement and new processes implementation
  • Analyze daily & monthly maintenance data in order to improve upon processes, maintenance and production systems

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 10 + years experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Experienced in setting up / development of Proactive maintenance program
  • Competent in managing through an automatedmaintenance management system
