Job Description

Are you between the ages of 15 and 30?

Are you currently unemployed or on assistance, and not in school?
Do you want to earn while you learn?
ATN's Youth Employment and Skills Strategy Program can assist you in learning new skills to put towards qualifying and keeping employment. The YESS program consists of 15 weeks of PAID ($15.00/hour) skills development and work placement experience.

5 weeks in class, 30 hours per week, Monday-Friday 9 a.m. - 3:30 p.m.
10 weeks of up to 25 hours of work placement + 5 hours in class per week
Certifications personalized to meet career preference
Fun and continuous interactive workshops

Please note: The plan is to have the program virtually. This means applicants have to be comfortable using a computer and ZOOM. Also, you must live in and around London, ON, as the placement opportunities will be onsite at various employers in London. This means you need to feel comfortable working outside the home for your placement. Also, please ensure your resume is accurate. If you are currently working or in school, you will not be considered for the program.
