General Responsibilities: 

• Provide training to more junior level, less experienced workers 

• Willing to work extended hours during the work week and occasional weekends as needed; be flexible to schedule changes. 

• Maintain a clean and safe working environment. 

• Attend training programs offered by the Company. 

• Communicate with coworkers and supervisors in a clear and professional manner. 

• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor. 

CNC Responsibilities: 

• Pay close attention to workmanship detail and adhere to tight tolerances. 

• Read and Interpret Blueprints 

• Fabricate parts and assemble high quality, premium, wooden stile and rail doors. 

• Operate cutting, sanding, gluing and press tools.  

• maintain equipment through preventative maintenance; Implement routine maintenance checklist;  

• Perform basic troubleshooting when machine malfunctions. 
   

  Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: 

• Knowledge of architectural specifications and wood products.  

• Understand door construction, stile and rail, frames and specialty flush door is required. 

• Strong communication skills (written and verbal) 

• Read and interpret blueprints to determine programming parameters. 

• Perform machine adjustment calculations 

• Adjust and set drills, mills, and lathes to ensure 100 percent accuracy. 

• Use knowledge of safety standards to avoid workplace accidents. 

• Knowledge of geometry and trigonometry. 
   

  Essential Physical Requirements: 

• Must be able to lift to 50 to 150 lbs. 300 dual (rated fire door) – lift assist device 

• Standing for long periods of time
