Job Description

Payroll Coordinator

Responsible for all aspects of the company's payroll system and supporting the Finance Manager.

MUST HAVE:

  • Post-Secondary Diploma in Accounting
  • 3 to 5 years payroll experience
  • Proven payroll experience in a high volume environment
  • Strong knowledge of Provincial and Federal regulations
  • Working knowledge of ADP/Ceridian payroll processing
  • Intermediate to Advanced Excel and Word skills

Preference will be given to Candidates who have or are working towards: Canadian Payroll Association (CPA) training/designation.

Salary range: $40,000 - $45,000 based on experience

Start Date: ASAP!
