Renaissance Personnel is currently recruiting for a International Treasury Manager

Our client is a large international auto parts manufacturer.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Degree in Business Accounting
  • Minimum of Five years’ experience in plant and corporate accounting positions with treasury experience

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Coordinate and prepare monthly cash flow
  • Coordinate and manage Foreign Currency activity of the company
  • Coordinate posting of US tax information
  • Manage CEO online access for all users
  • Credit Card Administration
  • Initiate/Approve online wire payments
  • Prepare Daily Bank Report
  • Manage and Control Petty Cash
  • Authorize wires and VAT
  • Coordinate Intercompany invoicing per the responsibility matrix (RM)
  • Oversee transfer pricing and complete T106 forms
  • Process and ensure timely payment of tax installments per the RM
  • Prepare and submit documentation for off statement package per RM
  • Calculate, invoice and collect Donghee royalties
  • Consolidate forecast schedule
  • Manage corporate Accounts Payable and Account Receivable
  • Perform periodic review of cheques issued and payable documentation for each facility

 

Exercise authority to control processing, delivery, or installation of non-conforming product.

Exercise authority to report and utilize the Environmental Management System.

Salary: $80-100K based on experience in this area of finance with Benefits
