Job Description

Downs Barristers & Solicitors, a well-established law firm operating in the City of London since 1977, with a satellite office in Glencoe, is currently recruiting a full-time law clerk to support the solicitor practice out of our Glencoe office.  Our Glencoe office is located southwest of London (approximately 35 minutes).   

The experierenced law clerk will assist our Glencoe estates/corporate team in opening/closing files, general administrative duties, conflict searches, preparing estate administration and corporate documents, billing, communications with clients and third parties.

The successful candidate will have strong interpersonal skills with solid written and verbal communication skills.  Whether working autonomously or as part of the team, your focus, diligence and attention to detail will ensure a reliable work product.  The successful candidate will move files along independently with supervision.
