Our client is recruiting for a strategic, adaptable, and analytical Corporate Talent Acquisition Manager to join their team near Windsor, Ontario!

What You Will Do

As Corporate Talent Acquisition Manager, you will be responsible for the development and implementation of strategic recruitment initiatives that support diversity and inclusion for the multi-site organization, while maintaining an awareness of industry trends and recruitment best practices.

While overseeing a full cycle recruiting process, you will collaborate with Corporate and department leaders to forecast and develop plans for key staffing needs including replacement and succession planning. You will create a corporate recruitment strategy that focuses on job posting optimization, recruiting marketing channel development, job board procurement, employment marketing, comprehensive recruitment campaign planning. talent planning, and budget management. Additionally, you will track and report key metrics to measure and predict staffing activities. To further the advancement and promotion of the company’s career opportunities, you will find creative avenues to develop community relationships and programs including organizing and attending job fairs and recruitment events. Likewise, you will manage the full cycle recruitment process and onboarding process for the University/College Co-Op Program.

What You Will Bring

You will have extensive recruitment experience within a Food or Agriculture sector as well as demonstrated experience leading and developing a team. You will have a post-secondary education complemented preferably by a Registered Professional Recruiter (RPR) designation or Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP) designation. Your hands-on experience managing the full cycle recruitment process as well as the onboarding process will be foundational to your success in this position. You will have proven experience successfully attracting and recruiting talent for various hard manual labour roles. You will be highly knowledgeable of provincial employment standards (Ontario, Quebec, Alberta, British Columbia) and you might also have familiarity of foreign recruitment and various immigration which would be a definite asset.
