Digital Extremes is seeking a Performance Marketing Strategist to join our team in London Ontario, Irvine California, or remote. In this role you’ll be focused on growing Warframe through a set of multi-channel media strategies — driving ROI by gaining the interests of new, current, and lapsed players.


  • Plan, execute, and optimize digital ad campaigns (Affiliates, Facebook, Google, etc.) and email marketing campaigns 
  • Partner with the analytics team to test and assess the health of Warframes digital ecosystem in search of opportunities for improvement
  • Maintain close relationships as the primary point of contact with our advertising partners (Facebook, Google, etc…)
  • Assist development of creative with in-house brand and multimedia teams as well as external agencies
  • Work closely with the project management team to coordinate advertising tasks and to stay updated on product changes
  • Think creatively in pursuit of new and innovative ways to drive measurable marketing success across the entire player journey


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, or Math required
  • 2-3 years of experience in a digital marketing, analytics, or media management
  • Strong analytical & communication skills. The ability to analyze and pivot data using Excel and communicate results to partners is instrumental to this role
  • Experience running performance marketing or digital marketing campaigns. Ever run a Facebook or Google ad campaign? Perfect!
  • Experience with digital analytics tooling and tracking implementation is a plus
  • Love of Warframe or other games as a service
