About the Role
We’re looking for a Client Advisor to help building product manufacturers succeed in our technical program.
This is a client-facing role for someone who thrives at the intersection of client success, project coordination, and the design industry. You’ll guide clients through structured workflows, ensure deliverables meet expectations, and communicate how our work helps them reach more design professionals and grow their business.
You’ll collaborate with our Program Manager, Technical Strategist, and other team members to deliver high-impact, scalable services that strengthen our clients’ presence in their industry.
Key Responsibilities
Client Success & Communication
- Guide clients through the program lifecycle by hosting demos, presenting results, and explaining outcomes in clear, client-friendly language
- Build relationships and provide proactive communication that drives satisfaction and long-term engagement
- Track, summarize, and share how deliverables are helping clients improve visibility and engagement
Workflow & Project Coordination
- Manage assigned client workflows and ensure milestones are completed efficiently and accurately
- Prepare and deliver milestone summaries, reports, and presentations
- Maintain consistency across deliverables and ensure all work meets internal quality standards
Collaboration & Continuous Improvement
- Work closely with internal teams to align program delivery with business goals
- Contribute to process improvements and support cross-team initiatives
- Stay informed on design industry trends and client needs
What You Bring
- Experience in client success, project coordination, account management, ideally within the design or digital services industry; and/or
- Diploma or degree in Office Administration, Project Management, Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience supporting design or technical projects
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, able to connect with both technical and non-technical audiences
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple timelines and deliverables
- Comfortable using digital tools and platforms to track progress and document outcomes. AutoCAD, Revit, or SketchUp familiarity is an asset but not required.
